LabControl is a high power lab management software for lens manufacturing and finishing labs. It is suitable for a wide range of applications for companies producing from a few jobs up to many thousands of jobs per day. It is fully scaleable from small applications with a single edger up to major labs with a hundred machines and automation connected.
This flexibility is possible because the system is based on a Microsoft MS SQL server database. This is an effective combination for high speed data processing with a high level of data safety and system availability. These features are achieved by the client – server structure of OS databases and programs.
LabControl is available in two editions:
LabControl LE and LabControl Advanced.
LabControl LE (Limited Edition)

LabControl Extension Client
The LabControl Extension Client is needed if more serial ports than available are required to connect hardware. Every 8 additional serial ports need one LabControl Extension Client. Each extension client requires dedicated computer and a MS SQL server license may be needed if the number of licensed applications for MSDE is exceeded. Features of the extension client:

The number of linkable LabControl Extension Clients is only limited by network or operating system capabilities
